Front Load Washer with Smart Diagnosis Feature

I bought this LG front-load washing machine because I love its sleek design and touchscreen interface. The features are also quite cutting-edge, including AI technology that selects the optimal washing settings and smart diagnosis. I can use that feature to figure out if there's an issue with the washing machine. Unfortunately, it has a strong chemical odor. Oh, the smell is like a combination of chlorine and solvents. I tried running the Tub Clean cycle with Tub Cleaner, but it didn't make a difference. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to deal with the smell, but it didn't work either.
